Submitted my Realme Buds T310 at GTB Nagar (Delhi) service centre for replacement. They promised 7 days, it's been 10+ with no update. Every day it's “tomorrow.” No temporary replacement provided either. @realmeIndia this is poor service. Customers deserve better!
