@bioenergeticmel@AbudBakri The DH maneuver/test is for BPPV, which presents with positional-dependent 45 to 60 seconds of room spending vertigo. It will never present as 48 hours of unending vertigo if it’s BPPV

@bioenergeticmel@neurahealthco Be sure they discharge you with a referral to vestibular rehab. And be sure your PT is a Vestibular specialist. Not everyone knows how to treat these disorders.

Fixate your gaze across the room when you walk there for now. Hold what you need in both hands. Keep breathing. Practice these types of exercises with your PT, too:)
