people calculating your level of “busy” by the days you work instead of the amount of hours you dedicate outside of work to do other work that is also work but you don’t neccesarily show. you don’t have to prove yourself. let your work speak for you.

if you see someone mostly during their “downtime” it doesn’t me they are “free”. they’re just balancing work and play. busy doesn’t necessarily mean productive. understand another’s priorities. you don’t have to constantly do work to be productive.
