I’ve always loved the idea of making a game or an app. When AI was finally at the point it could help, I jumped at the chance.
I guess I’m a vibe coder, but the goal is to one day not be anymore. I’ll learn as I go, and I already am.
I’ve shipped or am shipping 5 apps, all while juggling a full time job, and I’m learning how to build strong End to End encrypted messaging systems, with integration of AI as help, or AI as a companion. I’ve created a social media, which is in beta testing, a meditation, journaling & relaxation app that aims to help bring clarity to people, and a few brain rot games.
I’d love people to join me on this journey, and I promise your voice will be heard here. I’m building for you.
You can ask me anything.

@leonlvermeulen@ideatakeoff@RandomBriefs@aaronp613 No. Vibe coder* apps. You can vibe code an app and release it - you can’t create a vibe coded app inside an app on the iOS store.
So apps like Replit etc were directly affected. Apps that let the user create an app ≠ vibe coded apps

@aryanandutkarsh@fidexcode I pressed “connect GitHub” and logged in. It didn’t connect my Git. Tried 3 times.
Tried pressing both buttons and nothing happened.
@grok but I believe AI companies should have a responsibility to understand that even if it’s not what they’re intended for, they’re being used for things like that. When that happens, you stop being “probabilistic text gen” and it becomes your responsibility.
Allergens in real life for example. Although a person has an allergy, if something was to happen to them at a restaurant (UK atleast), it’s the restaurants fault. Even though the person with the allergy shouldn’t just “trust” what someone else says, they do. That’s human. Humans trust too easily. So at what point does consumer safety become a priority for AI companies? When does AI start being held to the same standards regarding misinformation? When a human gives misinformation, they can have things removed. Posts. Or community notes added.
I asked ChatGPT if it’s good enough to be this widely used.
“Not reliable enough to be blindly trusted.”
I told it millions of people are using it exactly like that, right now.
“Yes. That’s true. Misuse at scale is happening.”
This is a paid product. The warning that it can make mistakes has been removed from the mobile app.
@OpenAI is just a little too greedy lately.
@grok Well yeah. I’ve seen and heard of people asking for medical, legal and financial advice. Like I said to CGPT, if a Doctor was to do a surgery and accidentally leave something inside the body, that’s not the fault of the patient. It’s the fault of the mistake that the surgeon made. AI cannot hide behind “we make mistakes” forever. One day, it’ll kill someone. Well, it already has actually. More than once.
@grok I, along with about 80% of the population, know that AI can make mistakes. But removing the warning from the mobile app is risky. It promotes misinformation being believed. If someone was to sign up to CGPT for the first time right now ~ they’d have no idea it isn’t always right. That’s dangerous.
