@stevehou I think knowing will allow you to understand the logic and spot / correct the hallucinations and errors AI makes. Also wouldn’t say excel is the value add. The value add is understanding the mechanics /operations of whatever it is you’re trying to model. Excel is just the tool
@AyusoValue $Ms but €? Also, these simple level assumption? Most of the job is not building the model, it is 1) ensuring the model accurately reflects the mechanics / operations and 2) do the assumptions make sense. Garbage in garbage out, no matter how robust the model is
@PersimmonTI I don’t think they bought it because MET-097i is the best, but it is close for a single target agent, so there are more combos you can create to complement it because in theory there is less mechanistic interferences with GLP/GIP. I think that battle was won by $LLY, onto nextgen
@bioinvestor24 Also the half life is 3x as long, making it more probable it will be successful for a monthly dosing option… this is easier than weekly injections and should lessen side effects
@bioinvestor24 What I think $PFE is excited about with $MTSR isn’t that MET-097i is better than $LLY trizepatide, but it’s pretty close as a single target asset. In theory that should result in fewer mechanistic interferences when you combo the asset with complements that make it more effective
@bioinvestor24 I think drop out rate would be higher if there was a lot of vomiting… also, they bought this because of the combos and portfolio of targets / variations they can pursue. You do realize when a company acquires they get access to data that isn’t publicly disclosed?
