Lucas raises his brows, not looking up from the book as he turns the page again, simply pretending to read at this point. Who gives a fuck about Moby or the dick? Stupid.
Lucas casually turns the page of his book— not that he can comprehend it very well. It's a bit over his head, considering his education stopped somewhere in middle school, but he's doing the best he can with it.
"For?" he asks.
God, Carl really knew how to get under Lucas skin. He turns his downturned-eyed stare on Carl, face void of emotion save for that tiny crease between his brows that always seemed to give him away.
"How about you just sit with me," he says.
@EmmaHaegeland @TommyDa97158047 @HaefeleJohn@kyperpaul@buzzy164@realDonaldTrump that doesn't change the fact that there's been an INCREASE in overall deaths since the beginning to the pandemic. in 2018, about 7,452 people died daily in the US. that number has increased by 20%. there's a chart here that explains it in deeper detail https://t.co/NQErvG5A82
@EmmaHaegeland @TommyDa97158047 @HaefeleJohn@kyperpaul@buzzy164@realDonaldTrump I would also like to add that a better way to count to covid deaths is by measuring excess deaths, or difference between average deaths this year and a year without covid, such as 2017. the death rate has risen 20% overall. https://t.co/prkJs8Sl6J
