@JioCare the team in Pune promises to start the connection in 2 days; upon calling says it takes 5-7 days. The person on the phone is rude, has no manners, almost local goonda vibe. It was made clear to the team that we need connection in 3 days. Absolutely unprofessional.

@sudhirmehtapune Travelled from Pashan to Viman Nagar yesterday. 8pm - 9:30pm. Except for 2 main signals, didn’t find police personnel anywhere. Says a lot. Even where cars were dead in water logged areas, citizens came ahead and helped. Can’t give out percentages without analysis and data.

4:00am Offer a coupon for next order, but refuse to cancel this one. Then, finally the order is cancelled. Clever to not offer cancellation. One has to wait no matter what, even if they have somewhere else to go, need to sleep.
