@JT_Lines Fair enough if I misinterpreted the first message. I don’t think it’s a similar comparison either ftr. NFL also has a player’s union, which unfortunately is just never going to happen in the UFC.
@JT_Lines Here’s the math for anyone interested.
Mahomes: 0.278% of annual revenue
Strickland @ 0.278% x $1.5 billion = $4.17 million.
Assuming he fights 3 times per year (which he doesn’t) he should make $1.39 million per fight based on your comparison.
@JT_Lines You’re not comparing the same unit of measurements. Sean only fights 2-3 times per year vs Mahomes who plays 17 games per year. Change it to % of revenue for each on am ANNUAL basis and he should be getting at least $1.5 million.
@Nchap222@DanielHerrold It’s common for regional mall anchors to be individually subdivided into their own parcel (typically the building footprint). From my experience (appraisal) these will often be owned by separate entities from the interior mall space, and either owner-occupied or ground leased.
@wingoz@Panthers They won 2 games in that stretch so bit of a technicality. Also congrats on spending all week to get in the “Panthers Suck” pile-on for impressions game.
@dannyseguratv Not excusing the bad reffing overall, but how can you fault any ref for thinking someone is faking an injury in this tourney? Guys are rolling around on the ground every 3-5 minutes.
@benfowlkesMMA Jones finally being ready for heavyweight as soon as Francis was no longer in the UFC is also big part of the story imo. Makes the argument that he’s ducking Aspinall easier if you think he already ducked Francis.
@British_Buzz With the injuries at center, I can’t help but be reminded of the Jalen Duren trade again. Getting that extra 1st was finally a payoff for making multiple smart, long view decisions and we seemed to just throw it away. Can you, or anyone else, make sense of it in retrospect?
