The order was expected around 31st May but delivery got delayed. Then I was told to wait for it to be delivered today but it is still not shipped. The support is also not sure about the shipment. How is it going to be delivered today?

I have received a challan of 500 rupees (PNCCC20001078305) for not wearing a helmet. But I was not out of my house since lockdown. Also, the image is of Honda Dio whereas I have a Yamaha FZ. Please correct the challan details.

The vehicle number must be MH12FR8766 and not MH12FB8766
