@DrRafi_ very fair approach of youth.. it's not like kpk doesn't need more doctors. issue is exploitation of young drs by govt & as well as pvt sector.
young drs are being hired for 40k_50k salaries.
no permanent job structures in govt setups.. they have introduced contract jobs.
@SenatorMushtaq all respect to his profession.. but having a specific profession doesn't means he has got the right to bypass National security policy of a country?
are Pakistani Doctors allowed to practice in china / Russia or any other country without having a valid visa.. there's no softness
A Historic Milestone for Pakistan’s Medical Frontier
Armed Forces Bone Marrow Transplant Centre (AFBMTC), Rawalpindi, is proud to announce the successful completion of the first CAR T-cell therapy in Pakistan.
Alhamdulilah The recipient, a 21-year-old patient with relapsed/refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (R/R B-ALL) who had relapsed twice on previous lines of treatment received indigenously prepared anti-CD19 CAR T-cell therapy on 18 June 2026 and achieved a measurable residual disease (MRD)-negative complete remission by Day +14. He was discharged on 3 July 2026.
This milestone marks the dawn of a new era for cellular and immune-effector therapies in Pakistan. It brings an advanced, potentially curative treatment option, previously unavailable nationwide and limited globally, to patients who otherwise had exhausted all conventional treatment avenues.
This monumental achievement is the fruit of years of dedicated preparation by the entire AFBMTC team, including our physicians, apheresis and cell-processing scientists, laboratory professionals, and nursing staff, all working under the umbrella of the Army Medical Corps.
Above all, we extend our deepest gratitude to our patient and their family for their immense courage and trust.
We look forward to extending this life-saving therapy to many more patients in the days ahead, Insha'Allah.
Pakistan Zindabad!
History taken by one of my final year MBBS students. Her structured approach is impressive. She truly deserves appreciation for her hard work and dedication.

Here’s the real difference . We have always played with pure sportsmanship, keeping war out of the game. But the world saw it when war hit the scoreboard read 7-0 . #Big_office_small_man
