Incredible news out of Florida.

Florida's gender affirming care ban has been blocked in part. The decision is complex, but this should be enough to allow care to proceed soon.

This is the first (of many) wins against gender bans this year.

Judges have no place determining what drugs are and aren't safe. That's the FDA's responsibility, and they made it clear — mifepristone is safe.
