So. We’re tier 2 in #Bournemouth. Can wet led pubs (like us) open if we buddy up with local food cafe/restaurants/takeaways to provide ‘substantial food’ in our pub & therefore operate as a restaurant? Can you help clarify @jmcalder101 @UKHospKate

Pre-ordered collections from the pub front door from 4pm until 6pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday🚪🕓🚪🕕

Free delivery to your front door from 6pm on Friday and Saturday only 🚚🚙🚑🍻🎉

PLEASE PLACE YOUR ORDERs BY 4PM

The Stay At Home rules:

Leaving home to collect takeaway food from restaurants = classed as essential

Leaving home to collect takeaway beer from any hospitality (bars, pubs, restaurants) = not essential

That’s how we’re interpreting it🤷🏻‍♀️

@jmcalder101 @hopburnsblack @BeesonOnBeer @ByRobDavies We read it as meaning home delivery only for alcohol. No collection of takeaway booze from any hospitality allowed. I guess this also means restaurants cannot sell bottles of wine to take out whilst you’re collecting a takeaway Sunday roast?
