@acoolerclimate5 @RossKneeDeep The idea is to get more people to be considered for the opportunity. Companies still hire the candidate who fits the job the best. Not many places hire to fill a quota. Especially for jobs that need specific skills. Think of it as all feet (is that ablist?) get through the door.
