🚨 BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: Blake Lively’s Legal Team Subpoenas 20 X Users—Unredacted Subpoena Reveals Usernames — I’m One of Them

I was just subpoenaed over my X posts on the Blake v. Justin case. Like many of you, I share my thoughts and opinions on publicly available information.

I’m a licensed attorney and casual content creator who started covering this case in late December 2024 to early January 2025 because it mattered and interested me. I’m not monetized. No ads. No sponsors. No donations. Just over 2,400 followers. Zero dollars made.

Like many of you, I was drawn to this case not just because it involves two celebrities in a legal dispute, but because it exposes something bigger: how media manipulation, celebrity power, and unchecked PR influence are used to control public perception and narratives.

From the start, I was skeptical of Blake Lively’s claims. As a lawyer, I’m trained to issue spot, analyze language, and see how legal complaints can be drafted at times to exaggerate, distort, or selectively frame the facts to make a client’s case look stronger than it is. When I read Blake's initial filing, it raised huge red flags for me.

But I wasn’t alone. Many of you responded to my X posts about the case. My posts have been seen over 38 million times. They’ve been liked, shared, bookmarked, and replied to extensively, with many users expressing the same concerns, especially after more evidence was revealed in the case.

But now I’ve received something far more troubling: a subpoena email from X, along with a copy of the subpoena from Blake Lively’s legal team. The subpoena informs me that they are attempting to obtain my personal X account information simply because I dared to speak truth to power, openly, critically, and transparently, about them and their lawsuit.

Blake and Ryan are already manipulating the mainstream media narrative through their powerful PR machine, which includes a former CIA operative as their crisis manager. Now they want to take it even further by silencing content creators and outspoken social media users who simply want to speak freely and honestly, without facing emotional distress, legal intimidation, costly legal counsel, or invasive and outrageous demands for private information such as emails, phone numbers, physical addresses, bank details, and other sensitive X account data. All of this over a legal PR stunt involving one of Hollywood’s most powerful celebrity couples that has nothing to do with me.

20 users were named in my copy of the subpoena. If you're worried you may be one of them, please check your email immediately. If you haven’t received anything yet, feel free to contact me. My version of the document includes usernames that were not redacted.

This is the height of privileged injustice. It is a fishing expedition, a deliberate attempt by the wealthy and powerful to scare, suppress, and silence dissent. It is intimidation disguised as litigation.

They are trying to make an example out of people like us. Not just big creators, but any social media user who dares to challenge the corrupt elite narrative.

I also have serious concerns for @elonmusk and the @X team. The subpoena was received by X on July 3, with a compliance deadline of July 16, but I only received notice on July 17. Unlike @Google and @YouTube, I do appreciate that X seems to value user privacy and free speech, and that it has not yet turned over any data. But I need to know, what is the final deadline to respond or challenge this? And what type of subscriber information will X provide Blake's legal team if I don't respond?

This goes far beyond a PR war. It’s about what kind of country we want to live in. Do we want one where the truth is free and accessible? Or one where those with “F-you money” use the legal system to hunt down and expose private citizens for simply speaking their minds?
