2/3 The DA alleged they were from a gang & based their theory on false accusations. They adopted a tagging rivalry & used testimony by the deceased’s friend tht didn’t implicate them. Also, Antonio was incarcerated whn the rivalry btw the groups initiated & when witnesses claimed
