Because that’s EXACTLY what the grieving parents need to hear right now. Right now it’s about the kids and families. Not your politics

@macie_jo16 Soon. We have to act soon. But not during the immediate hours of grieving. I didn’t want people in my ear after the tornado that I should have had a storm cellar. After my dad died, I didn’t want people in my ear telling me how he should have taken better care of himself.

@macie_jo16 Politics should be discussed to try and fix our problems, because yes, there is much to be fixed, but there is a proper time to do so. And the hours of grieving is not the proper time
