OMFGG DID IT!! FULLY WORKING NOTIFY TRAY ICONS IN VISUAL BASIC 🥳🥳🥳
Even Balloons work just fine!! That means you can have another control over your programs by this NotifyTray :D
That took sooo long and finally had the right offsets from the RAW data the apps are sending :)
@AKirtesh You can't just show the old icons and say they're less good, ofc theyre less good.
On my S24 Ultra I have the same, new icons that iOS have. Stop making B's up
@droidbuilds That's very opinionated, but base Debian is imo much better. Snap is pretty poor in terms of performance and size, and in general canonical has been pushing more towards Microsoft these days. If you like it, that's fine. I personally don't use either, but Debian > Ubuntu all day
@droidbuilds There's also a case to be made about fedora, but I don't really like fedora either. I just use arch-based because I like the package manager.
Also mint is better than Ubuntu (yes I know it's based on it, doesn't mean it's not better)
@VinciRSS Honestly if you're comfortable with arch based, stay on arch based. You could try something Debian based or fedora, but I (personally) don't like them as much as arch based.
@00aventurine @VinciRSS It's unstable because it's rolling release, which means every package gets updated as soon as they're released (at least if you update)
Tbh, it's not really the case these days since most software is relatively stable at launch, but still.
@muhammad__hamdi I'm currently on nixos, it's pretty good but it does require quite a lot more setup than something like arch.
I do like the declarative part, but you have to know that it won't be great at first. Arch is short term reward, Nixos is more long term reward.
