@Lunchboxtech is quite possibly the worst piece of consumer software I’ve ever used.
Login loops, asking to verify phone numbers after Apple Pay, and more lazy bugs force me to use Uber pickup, costing @BlackSeedBagels and other local businesses! Do better!
@NYCMayor I'm trying to enroll my delivery company in the LockerNYC pilot program and still have not heard anything.
I emailed, called, and filled out the webform for @GoLockerUSA provided by @nyc311. No response.
Please help!

@gdb I use voice to brainstorm thoughts, then ChatGPT to group them into cohesive plans and documents. I'll also transcribe voice notes then add them to the same chats, or use the Chat app on the go. Big fan!
We’re launching @JudgmentLabs today and announcing $32M in funding.
As AI agents take on more of the work that creates economic value, they generate massive amounts of production data: the clearest record of how they behave with users, software, and the real world.
Judgment builds infrastructure for improving AI agents from production data.
@ecomstreur Have you ever tested faster delivery on your add to cart then checkout completion rates?
I’ve seen 30% boosts for going from 2 days to same/next day so really doubt there’s no alpha if you improved it, even if you only went just std 2 day.
@ecom_cork Amazon sales are generally far worse than direct. Ltv is much lower (you don’t know your customer) and Amazon then sells your customers to your competitors with ads.
Sort of ok acquisition channel if you go all in with ads, but suicide to push existing customers.
@agranato42 100% agree. Especially with super scores, it’s sort of odd how many people I know that got perfect scores.
The tests are also just too easy.
Why would a ChatGPT customer not have a positive ltv? You still get all of the customer’s info and can build a relationship.
With Amazon, the fees are 3-4x higher, and ltv is far lower and in some cases negative. You don’t get the customers info, and in many cases Amazon sells customer info through ads to your competitors. Plus, most d2c products aren’t actually discovered on Amazon, they’re discovered through other marketing channels, then customers search on Amazon because the brands own website’s shipping is too slow or unpredictable.
Both of those limitations do not exist on ChatGPT - and I can’t imagine (at least for now) a customer discovering a product through an instagram ad, then choosing to go to ChatGPT to instruct it to purchase that product instead of just buying it. Meaning the vast majority of ChatGPT purchases will be net new discovery. And 4% is very cheap for that for any brand in any vertical.
