@Travel_Up @Lauren5lb I dont want refund, i want help to do rebook and reroute since im using qatar and they provide this option. But i have to go through agent which is you, TravelUp, to make this rebook option work. Im going on friday, March 13, but still not yet receive anything from you. Urgent

@Pawel_PAX @qatarairways Hi, i also have the same problem. Flight for 13 this friday, and BA announce that they cancelled the flight but without notification it got deleted in qatar app. Do you got any update?

My booking still shows the Doha to last destination segment active in the system. My ticket was issued by TravelUp, but I cannot reach you at the moment.

Could you please help?
