Found a Google Maps bug: Don’t forget to walk the perimeter of the Amsterdam Schiphol airport after you get off your train…
been more and more inclined to use Apple Maps instead
Currently on a bus fishing out a bottle of water from a bag full of Gujarati dry snacks and blasting Kendrick on Spotify while the driver is using the emergency lane to overtake the slow cars and blaring the horn. Doesn’t get more Gujju than this.
I added "Project Hail Mary" to "to-read" on Goodreads and there's 2 version of the book and different covers: https://t.co/u65Lv0iZYZ and https://t.co/gDYHc8XWcs ... I guess because one is hardcover and one isn't? but why though? just merge them...
horrible news. been starting my days with 20-30 min of light yoga and unfortunately it really makes a difference, mentally and physically. i’m so sorry
we’re showing up for people that show up for us. we’re not wasting time feeling confused; and instead, we’re moving onto the next. we’re putting effort into those who don’t make us feel like we’re too much. we’re investing in people who give right back. get what you deserve 2023.
@kchironis I experienced the same! I went to the checkout page, then hesitated and came back an hour later only to find it was taken… a godaddy agent tried to convince me someone else had bought it and I needed to hire a broker. #GoogleDomains from now
so godaddy runs a brilliant new scam where if your domain name expires, they purchase it, park it, and then pretend someone else bought it and make you bargain via a “godaddy broker” to get it back. their “suggested starting bid” for our indie game’s website was $2-4,000
@moonriseTK It might actually be the intentional negligence of highly requested features by 🍎 that is more annoying. For example, Safari doesn't support some PWA features, indirectly steering people away from the scary internet towards the App Store.
@moonriseTK Good catch, I use this feature and I it might just be enough ppl at🍎 who said "I wish my iMessage GC could see ..." and that's how features get prioritized. Although, I also don't see this being particularly expensive to build/maintain either.
