@Romanmindscape It was melt-in-your-mouth delicious with the perfect amount of bite!
Went to this restaurant called Steak Land where they cook the steak in front of you haha.
I’m sure that’s just around the corner for you and you will make it happen, brother.
Travelled to Kyoyo, Osaka, and a day trip to Kobe for the steak!
My favorite experience was the daytrip to Kobe. More than the steak the place was quiet compared to the touristy Kyoto and Osaka.

It means you are moving.
It means you are looking for more.
It means you are a seeker who has goals, ambitions, and aspirations!
And I know it can feel heavy and overwhelming.
Like you want the answers now.
You want to find immediate clarity.
And you just want to know the next step.
But what if I told you that feeling lost doesn't mean you're off track?
What if it's a signal that you're closer to clarity than you think?
Think about it.
That feeling of being lost? It's your subconscious mind working to give you answers...
People just need to know how to tune in and listen.
For example, have you ever suddenly remembered something important while driving or taking a shower?
That's your subconscious mind at work.
You see, it processes millions of pieces of information every day.
It picks up on patterns, stores ideas, and knows things that you aren't always consciously aware of.
But the thing is, when inner resistance, self-doubt, or external distractions pile up, they drown out the signals that people's subconscious are sending to them.
This is why people can still feel lost even when they have the best strategies.
And the key isn't to force yourself to work harder.
It's to clear the blocks that are clouding your internal guidance system.
This is exactly what I do for my clients using Emotional Tools; when I lead them through it, they immediately find clarity.
And with clarity comes an experience I call Aligned Work–a state where action feels effortless and momentum builds with ease.
Aligned Work isn’t about sprinting to the finish line.
It’s about taking the scenic route and realizing it was the fastest, most enjoyable path all along.
So, if you're feeling lost, take a pause.
Breathe.
Allow yourself the space to notice the signs that are already there.
What patterns have been repeating?
What ideas keep coming back to you?
What nudges have you been ignoring because they seem too small?
When you start paying attention to these signs, you’ll realize:
• That gut feeling isn’t random.
• That recurring thought deserves exploration.
• Those small nudges are leading you somewhere meaningful.
This isn’t magic. It’s not even luck or coincidence.
It’s your subconscious guiding you toward what’s next.
And when you align your actions with your internal guidance system, momentum becomes effortless.
Suddenly, you don't feel lost anymore—you feel Aligned.

I’ve helped clients create clarity, overcome resistance, and find alignment in their lives and businesses.
And what helped them was never more information.
What helped them were simple perspective shifts and releasing resistance through Emotional Tools.
Nobody: “I want to feel stuck and overwhelmed.”
90% of the Population: Focuses only on plans and strategies, ignoring the emotional blocks holding them back.
There are days when you simply need to slow down.
It doesn’t mean you’re falling behind.
In fact, it may be exactly what you need to speed up and get ahead.
The greatest way I've learned to get unstuck:
Shift my focus.
From: What could go wrong?
To: What could go right?
You are a reframe away from a good day.
You got this!
You’re not a lazy person.
But your room remains unclean.
You’ve been avoiding responsibilities left and right.
And your phone has been on do not disturb for the past 2 days.
You’re in a rut.
Sucks right?
I’ve been there.
Many times.
So much so that I’ve observed why it happens to me and what I need to do to get out of ruts and rebuild momentum.
Now, I’m not entirely sure if the reason I fall into ruts is the same reason you fall into them as well.
So I’ll write this as if I’m speaking to my 20-year old self and if it resonates with you, then great! You can use these ideas to get out of your own ruts.
Here are 3 reasons why you fall into ruts:
𝟭/ 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗿𝘂𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆
Integrity is all about keeping your word.
Either to yourself or to others.
When you say you’re going to do something, and you don’t do it, you unconsciously start to feel bad.
And you fall into a rut because you avoid the discomfort of facing your shortcomings.
But being hard on yourself only makes things worse.
The key here is to forgive.
Forgive yourself for your shortcomings and wipe the slate clean.
Start fresh and make a tiny promise to do something (even as simple as fixing your bed), and then follow through on it to get in integrity once again.
𝟮/ 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗿𝘂𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆
When you aim for a target and you don’t quite get there, you feel disappointed.
What’s worse is when you blow it out of proportion and you tell yourself you’re a failure just because you didn’t hit an arbitrary target that you yourself set in the first place.
You are not a failure.
Your results don’t equate to your self-worth.
And that may be one of the hardest and biggest lessons for you to learn.
I know I’m still learning it to this day.
Something you can do is to remember to step into gratitude and appreciation.
You may not be where you expected yourself to be, but you’re damn well far from where you started.
You’ve come a long way, remember to appreciate that fact.
And while you’re at it, remember to appreciate yourself as well.
Because what you appreciate, appreciates.
𝟯/ 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗿𝘂𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁
When you have no idea what to focus on, you start to default to unhealthy habits:
• Doom scrolling
• Binge watching Netflix
• Playing video games all day
This happens because without clarity of what to do next, you don’t have hope to pull you forward.
There’s nothing to look forward to and so you distract yourself with these dopamine bombs.
Take out a notebook and a pen, and dump out everything on your mind.
Create clarity by filtering out the noise through writing.
Remind yourself what’s important to you and find that first step forward.
Now, 20-year old me would take weeks to get out of ruts.
One reason is because he couldn’t recognize when he’s in a rut. He couldn’t accept that things weren’t going the way he wanted it to go.
And these 3 things are definitely something he needs to hear.
Another reason is because he didn’t have the experience and tools available to him to pull himself out of those ruts.
Present me can get out in a few hours and at most a couple of days.
Maybe because I’ve built the muscle of being grateful and can step into acceptance and forgiveness more easily.
Having the right Emotional Tools to resolve inner conflict doesn’t hurt as well.
So if you’re in a rut, remember to be easy on yourself.
Forgive yourself for any shortcomings, start fresh, start small, and get clarity on the first step you need to take to move forward.
Sometimes that’s all you need… and everything else falls into place.

You need to have the courage to quit:
• To quit the mindless entertainment
• To quit giving energy to distractions
• To quit being the type of person that doesn't align with your vision
It takes courage to quit. And it takes wisdom to know *what* to quit.
