aren’t features for the sake of features,
they’re friction reducers shaped by UI/UX design thinking.

The global property map acts as a credibility anchor.
The testimonial block adds emotional reassurance.
And the footer ties the entire real estate website together
with navigation logic and clean information architecture.

→ Every feature has intention.
→ Every section has purpose.
→ Every detail reduces mental load.
