Insurance deducted on 19th June 2026 . The promised delivery was on or before 30 June 2026, but I still haven't received my scooter.

@bhash be strict enough to fire the employees and hire new one who can actually solve problems(in service too). Also, build a stronger HR team. If customers are cancelling bookings and the company is losing business, it clearly shows that improvements are needed in employee performance.
@bhash And I lost βΉ1,000 as a cancellation fee. Why don't you fire them and hire good employees who actually provide solutions? If the company is losing customers because of this, it simply means your employees are not doing their job properly. A team always win.@bhash@OlaElectric

@bhash@Bhash. I was genuinely excited when I booked the vehicle, but the experience afterward was disappointing. Your employees did not respond properly to my concerns; they simply kept raising requests without providing any resolution or follow-up.

@OlaEV_Support@bhash Your customer care team did not inform me of anything. The representative I spoke with seemed perfectly happy that I was cancelling my vehicle booking and showed no interest in retaining a customer.

@bhash if unable to deliver the vehicle , then why is a βΉ1,000 cancellation charge being deducted from customers who choose to cancel due to these delays?
