Hi @amazonIN@amazon what is this new harassment scam that you guys have started? I have been placing orders with Amazon regularly with no issues in past. Today my orders got cancelled and I was informed that a hold had been placed on my account due to violation of user agreement
@AmazonHelp@amazon@amazonIN@amazon@amazonIN I did. I got off the phone with them 20 min ago. They said it’s not their job but OSM team. OSM team has previously only sent noreply emails asking saying account t blocked and no resolution. So this has been going in circles for 3 weeks. @consumercourtin
@amazonIN@amazon I have sent all my details MULTIPLE TIMES ALREADY. The fact that you are still asking really shows your ability and intent to provide customer service.
@amazonIN@amazon I have called your customer service repeatedly and each time I’m met with an apology admitting issues at your end, assurance of immediate resolution and yet no one has resolved this so far despite citing the urgency- which is ridiculous and pure harassment at this point.
@AmazonHelp I have emailed a hundred times and each email comes back with someone from the team is already assisting you- reality is NO ONE IS. Please stop lying

7/n this is the last time i will be ordering from a fraudulent platform like fnp. Im sure the loss of 1 customer makes no difference to you but looking at your comment section and the number of people frustrated with your services I would be scared as a biz. @Interflora your move
@fnp_ind@jaagograhakjago I booked an order (ID 6533704401) on 21st August 2025 with delivery slot of between 9 am to 1 pm for 22nd August 2025. This is for my father’s milestone 70th birthday.
It’s 1:10 and after following up i am told it’s delayed by 1.5 HOURS ! (1/n)
3/n Radio silence after that. I trusted and waited till 12:43 pm naively assuming that after so many updates fnp would deliver on time. I called fnp CC and was finally told due to floods (no floods in Kolkata- so a lie) bakery will START working on my order now. Flabbergasted
6/n and if this weren’t bad enough- this email was IMMEDIATELY followed by an email that said my ticket number : Ticket# 250822-06734519 was closed. How was it closed? Has the order been delivered? NO. Has the order been cancelled? NO. Has any refund been processed? NO.
5/n Cherry on the cake? Literally 2 seconds after i conclude the call with your CC rep, i get an email that you guys can’t contact me and want to intimate me that the order is delayed and will reach by 2:30 pm. Well i was on the phone with your team and you can’t contact me?
4/n After multiple blatant lies the CC rep told me the best they can do is send the order 1.5 hours late since they have just started working on it (AFTER the time it was supposed to have been delivered) and give my father a box of chocolates and an apology letter. Slow clap.
4. We want an explanation from Indigo for their conduct right from parking aircraft where there was no light on ladder & surrounding, not caring for injured passenger for their fault and misleading the passenger with false assurance.
3 cont'd. On Indigo website and spoke to helpline to know that no complaint or report has been filed earlier and they will come back within 24 /48 hrs. This is highly irresponsible. We the parents stay at Kolkata and worried for her.She is in much pain . Pic enclosed.
