@samsungau If you take customers money in full & don't provide goods or service for over 2 months - the only term to call it is Looting !!! Pls don't send me a private message asking more details. Ask me here - I want everyone to read this & know how pathetic Samsung is 😏

@SamsungAU Does anyone even look at customer complaints in Samsung? I have called & registered more than 6 complaints in 2 months. There is no action on any complaints till this date - If I don't contact you - Samsung is totally fine to Indirectly Loot customers money like this!!

@SamsungAU As per my order status on https://t.co/qBw9QMRanp , 1) this order was never delivered to me 2) status changed to 'return requested' on 27th May. Is this item still returning from your courier partner ? Provide evidence for any further updates

@SamsungAU After repeated calls to samsung customer care , they have acknowledged that this is an issue between Samsung & delivery partners - they have escalated this issue & I will get refund soon - why is that your team can't check any of that?
