@cameron @Gemini You're offering / credit card while 1.) customer support sends an AUTOMATED response after TEN DAYS and 2.) promises a person to respond in that email, but then NOTHING for another week? I'm on TD Ameritrade, Charles Schwab and Robinhood, who would dare put more money with you???

@tyler @Gemini It takes Gemini TEN DAYS to send an automated response promising a real person to provide support. NO responses happened in yhe week since then. I'm on TD Ameritrade, Charles Schwab and Robinhood and their service while varying puts Gemini to shame. How can customers trust you???
