@imjoco @FlockMastaMon So if you look into the story you'll find out they initiatially subbed with PSA it got a 10 but the cert showed a PSA 9 when scanned. They assumed it was a database issue when they reached out to PSA, PSA wanted to reslab it as a 9 instead of looking into which was the mistake.
