It’s scary to see how many bestselling products on Amazon and in stores have filler ingredients. They tell you it has 750mg of something but it’s really 400mg plus maltodextrin or some BS .
I wasn’t in the mood for breakfast this morning so I drank it instead. We don’t skip breakfast over here 💁🏾♀️

- 1 cup soy milk
-1/2 cup egg whites
-1/2 cup frozen mangoes
-2 tbsp almond butter
Total of 570 calories. Add 2 tbsps of coconut oil for extra 190 calories
One protein bar is one of my favorite protein bars for healthy weight gain. It doesn’t have that chalky protein taste and every flavor I tried is amazing.

@parmooonx I used to use and sell it but I no longer recommend it. Don’t use it if you don’t want to gain weight all over.
If you do decide to use it, make sure you’re working out.
Skipping breakfast is one of the BIGGEST roadblocks to gaining weight. It really helps to start your meals early.
You’re able to get in extra calories plus you’re less likely to forget to eat your other meals.
I thought it was a great idea to overtrain and eat 2700 calories per day last week.
My body shut down and got sick from overtraining and I’m sitting here with a chubby face and bloated stomach.
Moral of the story: Pace yourself. Weight gain is a journey, not a race.

Going on a weight gain journey is like any other goal. You do the same thing over and over and over until you reach your goal. You don’t stop because you’re tired, you keep going.
