@AmericanAir pitiful management. Stayed on plane in Miami at gate for over 2 hrs. Problem with plane they deplane us go to another gate reload everyone and now 1hr +later we can’t take off because the plane was not loaded with food per policy. Sad

@AmericanAir Update we now have the catering but the flight staff is out of hours so now we have to get new stewardesses and stewards. Again not your employees fault.
