Obtained Completion Certificate, submitted again via portal a week ago, still no points.

A further four calls this morning!! Two cut off, one answered and then cut off, another answered, redirected, and then cut off!!
Clearly, you cannot be what you say you are!!

@Afrihost is happy to debit my wife's every month on time, but when you need help, absolutely nothing. Tried calling, got through, and then cut off after 26 mins of holding, tried WhatsApp, started assisting and then offline.

2 x orders in the last week from Douglasdale:
1st order- order online and you are offline, so we need to go personally to order.
2nd- couldn't reset password, called three times to place order, waited an additional 20 mins to get the order correct. #liftyourgame plse
