6 weeks from 1st order. 2 cancelled installations already. 24 hours before installation.... yes you’ve got it another cancellation with no explanation. Day booked off work for nothing. Is this what I should expect from Virgin... Fuming is an understatement!!!!

@virginmedia to a manager. She says there is no update and could be days or weeks. I said that I have waited weeks and confirmed this week everything was ok still for Friday installation. I got the same reason from a month a go but have been told since that was sorted. What on earth???
