@aixousi @littldiary @Bite_Skullz not the stairmaster but i used to wait/bartend in a 2-storey with a roughly 20 step staircase, worked everyday n that was the first time i ever saw a huge difference in my inner thighs!!!! went up n down a million times… so honestly try the stairmaster
