@crystalski I met with the local resort rep in the hotel today at 5.45pm, to discuss my issues, to be told it’s not crystals Ski’s responsibility to try and locate my luggage, and that the airport would contact me. 7/11
@crystalski When seeking an update from chambery airport, they couldn’t provide any reassurance regarding when I would be reacquainted with my case as Geneva had not responded to their emails. 6/11

@crystalski I’ve called the ski rep number numerous times today to seek some support, but the number rang out and went to voicemail. Eventually I spoke with Nina, whom relinquished any responsibility to source my case 4/11
@crystalski it’s now been 37hours since arrival and I’ve not been reacquainted with my case. This has left me with no toiletries, change of clothing or more importantly, the equipment I require to ski with. 3/11
@crystalski On arrival, I was informed that the case would be located and will likely arrival later that night or at the latest, the next day. Confident, that crystal would do what they could, I felt reassured, but sadly hasn’t been the case. 2/11
