@stpaulpublicw @MayorCarter It’s bad enough the street repairs on Robert, Minnesota and 10th seem to go on forever, there appears to be no apparent strategy for managing car or foot traffic and the city has no plan to protect the area businesses from their losses. You could at least empty your garbage and keep the area clean for those of us living in this mess.
