The people on the periphery that try to break your foundations. Don’t accept their poor advice. Their decisions are for their own gains and. they will be held accountable for their actions and will fall upon their own sword

A simple change can make an enormous difference to the way we work. Today I received that simple change which has made an enormous difference to my work. It’s good to be now be managed by people who take my differences into consideration.

@toniwriter Little harsh? Someone with all those issues may make a mistake towards another? Doesn’t make them a shitty person. Maybe it makes them wrong, but if they can learn from they’re mistake, makes them a stronger person. Remove the negative and create the positive.
Climb above the barriers placed in your way.
Challenge the poor behaviour of others.
Find the strength to expose the people who belittle you.
Take on others who use your differences for there own rhetoric.
I’ve gathered the strength to challenge mine; now it’s time for you.
Do leopards change their spots, or do they camouflage themselves like true predators? If there’s something toxic that affects your mental health, try and remove it. Challenge it. And when you gain the strength, fight it.
