@sharrond62 @FreyaVanadiss I realise running isn't for everyone, but parkrun and junior parkrun is free and accessible for all - as an event director at a junior parkrun we encourage the kids to run for fun, but also to volunteer and help at the event - they gain so much confidence from both 🧡

100th Day! 💯

100th parkrun and 100th volunteer day.

I love my parkrun family and I love volunteering at parkrun so today was extra special to be able to achieve my double 100th on the same day - Volunteer Coordinator followed by a run with my son.
