everyone get into roller skating right NOW u will get so skinny. skated 5 hrs today and likely burned at least 2500kcal
roller skating is my addiction since i started, and it burns so many kcal guys. its a full body work out, so u can also tone up a ton if ur eating protein too

but i think itll be easy! ive gotten into roller skating and i burn so many kcal from it since i really enjoy it, so ill be able to lose the weight i wanna in time ^__^
