If the best an atheist can come up with for an idea of god and heaven is a man in the sky and other childish depictions, it says more about their lack of depth and experience as a life form than it does inherently about the notions of god and heaven themselves. Life and death are objectively real concepts. Light and dark. Chaos and order. Creation and destruction. Good and evil. There is a ying and a yang to reality. That’s an observable fact. Light from the sun creates life, and a black hole destroys everything within its event horizon. Our notions of light and dark correlating with life and death are not accidental or made up. They reside deep within us, and there is much we don’t truly know. But if our bodies are instruments which can actually experience and feel the stimuli of the universe, then why wouldn’t something felt in the deepest parts of a person’s being be worthy of consideration? Just because humans are incapable of truly articulating the magnitude of these ideas effectively, and instead say stupid things like “Christ is king”, doesn’t mean there isn’t a much higher dimensional level of this existence that may have direct or indirect impact on events and evolution. The struggle between creation and destruction is objectively real at a fundamental existential level. It’s a cosmic war.
Tim Horton’s destroyed all dignity and respectability by being cheap slime that hires foreigners instead of their own people. Scumbag Canadian traitor company. This ad doesn’t fix your standing. I’m even more insulted that you would think I’m stupid enough to fall for this. I never go to Tim’s anymore. Coffee sucks now too. I used to like their hot chocolates and now all they seem to sell is burnt brown water. Trash company full of invaders.
@MDC505@Wrestling80s90s It’s insane how good it seemed. To see shit now, like it actually looks exactly real in graphics now. And this shit looks comical. But it still has such a charm. It’s got something the new stuff doesn’t.
@uscfan981@VinnysCorner1 Only Razor and Perfect had the charisma to be a top guy at some level. And both of them were also good workers. Owen and Luger were born mid-carders.
@PaqWilly@827js If he leaves no trace and executes a perfect murder, his self-snitch ahead of time would be all the evidence they have and could be easily argued away in court. He could still get away with it if he’s a tactician about it.
@KILLTOPARTY@esotericgenius It’s good that people have different taste. She does nothing for me at all. But that works if you and your buddy have different types when it comes time for last call ya know? Makes who gets who easier.
@KorvusUmbra@fandompulse Are you not familiar with the Kara Zor-El character? All these characters have already been established. Making her the same as Superman gives the storytelling no dynamic at all.
@boopgauk@ZherkaOfficial Do you just run out of things to do when you’re a billionaire and pissing and shitting on people is the only thing that is interesting at a certain point?
