As someone who works in ML/AI, I understand the need for data for algorithms to learn and adjust, but there is an ethical minimum that's out the window here when I've been given a medical device that's sent me into emergent blood sugar ranges multiple times in 24h @BetaBionics.

Like other children’s hospitals, we’re managing a surge in respiratory illness.

But unlike most hospitals, we’re gonna pay the residents who work extra overnight/weekend shifts $100/hour.
