@FranGoulder Everytime they do something different that you might think is not what people do, don't blame them or ask them to change it unless it's something that can actively hurt someone or them. Difference is not a bad thing, that's it. You're a great momπ
Guys who use the term 'expensive wife/girlfriend' don't even deserve a wife/girlfriend. How dare you refer to your partner as an object.
Also this statement implies that you never ever saw the efforts they're putting, such a typical narcisstic move.

@adityashertg More like: here is a stereotypical derogatory statement for women, but let me disguise it as a joke so people can't attack me. And even if someone does realise that it's a derogatory statement, I'll simply be able to Gaslight them by saying 'its just a joke'
@BitchMastaani Is she out of her mind or something? Skinny people literally have to suffer the same amount as fat ppl just the words used are different. They too get called names and shamed by friends and family. It's disgusting of her to invalidate someone's trauma. Shame
And if you failed any of the above, then ask yourself why and how did you get so dillusioned to call yourself a 'great' leader.
#inclusionmatters#inclusive#leader
Before labelling yourself as a 'great' leader, try checking if you're inclusive, try checking if you give people belonging to small towns the space and support to have a bad internet connection, try checking if you didn't make an issue for an off camera
Try checking if you supported that employee who didn't have resources to shift to onsite work.
Try checking if you took strict actions to maintain an inclusive and respectful environment for people with different body types and/or sexual orientation.
