1 year ago I was grinding a failed online biz on here. Now people with real jobs and rent are willing to quit to work at my business.

10k a mo is less than minimum wage
When I hit 10k mrr I felt this.
People who are new to business fall for this gimmick because they don't understand
- hours required
- costs & tax
- risks
Most people only have concept of wage hours per month.
They think about business rev as income in 9-5 terms.
They dont get that you worked 12h a day, 6-7 days a week for it.
Do the math.
10.000/(6days x 12 hours) x 4
= 34/hour gross
Minus tax and costs (40-50%)
Thats 18 an hour net
This is what I pay my student workers at minimum wage
Wake up
I'm convinced that people who are versed in the latest news and societal issues etc, are the issue.
Since starting a business I have lost complete intrest in anything out of my hands.
I dont scroll X anymore,
I don't "think" and
I don't read the thoughts of people with repressed childhood trauma and too much time (philosophers).
Think about it: if you do nothing in life but inhale info on how fucked everything is, you are fucked.
Input=output
Internal locus of control is the way.
@Nicolascole77 How is this dumdum copium arguement still around?
75 people show up to a venue for you.
75 people were shown your post by the algo while doomscrolling,
And it clearly sucked so it stopped doing that
Big difference.
@levelsio My gf and I recently had this realization too. Like you go somewhere and all you do is shop, walk, eat and drink. Its so meaningless at the end of the day
I'd rather live and work there for a couple of months
Overheard some guy talk about crypto in the shop:
"Its just a scam because you can't buy anything with it, it has no value and people get scammed!"
Thought he was talking about the dollar HAHAHA
