@LODHA at their Unica, Mumbai project are charging a 'non-refundable deposit' of INR 10K from tenatns at the time of moving-in. Essentially a charge without bill and GST. Is there a recourse available @GST_Council@InGSTPortal and MAHARERA @CMOMaharashtra@MPLodha ?
@instagram@Meta how can you delete my instagram account @effaaren for breaching community guidelines as you say, when i haven't posted in months! Also no review?
@TOIAuto@HyundaiIndia Joke is on you Hyundai! You can't give better economy than my Tata Punch! Because it has been stuck in a garage for 2 weeks now because of manufacturing defects? No Fuel Costs for 2 weeks. Can you beat that?
@rushlane My brand new less than 1 month old Tata Punch is in service for Faulty wiring! This could have been me. I think there is a wiring defect straight from production line
@tata_cars Oh I'd love to Pose like Arun, except my one month old Tata Punch is in the Service Center, because of faulty wiring (like the one that burnt that car in Gujarat) which you haven't been able to replace!
@TataMotors@tata_cars Please give me one good reason why I should not approach Consumer Court or @MORTHIndia for the faulty starter wiring which you have not been able to replace for two weeks now!
@TataMotors My brand new <1 mth old #TataPunch is in the garage 4 a week 4 faulty wiring! It takes more than a week for you 2 ship parts 2 Pune? You're making me 2nd guess my choice over @Maruti_Corp & @HyundaiIndia . Maybe learn efficient logistics & quality frm @Maruti_Corp
I'm sorry I expected @TataMotors to resolve this by getting in touch #TATAPUNCH build quality is disappointing and there is no corrective action from @TataMotors for a manufacturing defect
@rushlane If the car just moves without breaking down in the first month of purchase, then it's definitely ahead of most Tata Cars anyway. The benchmark is so low, Hyundai may need to bend
@phonesephoto@TataMotors@Ganikgagan@FasBeam Welcome to Tata! Should have bought Maruti if you needed a car without problems. I feel you, I'm facing similar problems with my Tata Punch
@tata_cars The impact is amazing. Imagine the Starter wires getting burnt because of some manufacturing defect in less than a month of buying? Far fetched? Tata made it possible for me! and for a week and counting, its parked gracefully at their service centre with no action
@tata_cars You know why this car is in on place in this video? Because it probably doesn't move! You want cars that move after you buy them? Don't buy Tata. Personal experience speaking here
@Shaan00799146 The art of being creative enough to make cars that break down within the first week of service. And ignoring it. My personal experience. Don't be stupid - stick to the Suzukis and Hyundais of the world. Let tata make Trucks
@Shaan00799146 Mileage is your worry if your car is working. My month-old tata punch is in the garage for a week for a manufacturing defect that they won't admit to and not even fix
@winsttonxavier Mileage is your worry if your car is working. My month-old tata punch is in the garage for a week for a manufacturing defect that they won't admit to and not even fix
@tata_cars Say more - about how my month-old Tata Punch's starter wires can burn by sticking to the silencer? (Your showroom's diagnosis not mine). Maybe you've mastered the art of Creative Disasters, and made them good looking too
@MotorOctane My petrol one month old Tata Punch's starter wires burnt by sticking to the silencer (Their diagnosis not mine). I wonder if the CNG version is a ticking time-bomb? I bet the cng will flame up before the ev? any thoughts?
@MotorOctane The fact that my month-old tata punch's starter wire burnt by sticking to the silencer pipe (Tata's diagnosis), I think the only metric to judge this car is - how much time before it turns into flames
@rushlane They need more than that. Like in my case, they can't fix a starter wire for a month-old Tata Punch for more than a week. It seems, the wire burnt because it touched the silencer pipe - Their diagnosis. So maybe focus on build quality?
