The concern with the unsanctioning of Iranian oil is not necessarily the windfall Iran will receive of the 60 days General License X is in effect. Those revenues will be relatively small in the grand scheme of things.

The concern is that a "60-day" waiver becomes "indefinite" when Washington decides to perpetually extend them before expiration.

THAT is what turns a small windfall into potentially tens of billions of dollars in addition revenues for Iran.

@ayatr0llah that's a super charitable interpretation. The predatory aspect of Trump's America might be accepted in Venezuela - for a little while at least - but won't work in Iran, not even for a little while. Iranians are not peace loving and very sensitive to sovereignty stuff, imo.
