@virginmedia really disappointed by your customer service. Whole weekend without broadband - told Friday night it was going to be a few hours - and your customer service number has hung up on me twice after being on hold for ages.

@virginmedia Again our service is down - as it was 2 wks ago before going away. Not a good return. Also you can’t just have your customer service line say all lines are busy & disconnect customers. This is the fifth time our service has gone down for multiple days in 3 months.
