I would not advise going to Violet Melchett walk in clinic. It’s a shambles. 3.5 hour queue so far and people who arrived 5 mins ago are being randomly let to the front.

@British_Airways Hi Cher, it’s more just the fact that with the basic ba Amex you now can only book economy. Coupled with charging more for the premium ba Amex

As if @British_Airways have removed the ability to book business or first class flights with a companion voucher. So disappointing as we save up our avios points for ages to be able to do this
