Lebara I am applaud at your lack of customer service. I was on a flight when the network failed and had no idea why my mobile was not working at my destination. When the network was restored you didn’t communicate. I’m moving to another provider.

Why have Lebara not communicated anything about the mobile network outage that is now over 12 hours now ! Terrible customer service

@deasterlow @HomeServeUK Hi Donna they didn’t reply until a day later with a generic follow up asking me to DM them! I researched and found out it was frozen condensate pipe and sorted out the issue myself. I will be complaining about HomeServe to the press the service I received was negligent.
@Juzzer70 I have no hot water or heating since yesterday and am a pensioner with Heath conditions. I have been calling Homeserve and been on hold for 10 hours being cut off each time after 2 hours and 1 minute! I had to sleep in freezing conditions any update on ur situation
