@JordanHallWX People forget that weather is never certain. It is hard to predict, even for the best. What's important is noting the potential for hazards, because it helps keep people safe. But potential doesn't always lead to success. Just ask my parents.
Tomorrow is not an ideal chaser for beginner chasers. The storms may get messy, visibility will likely be very poor, and powerful tornadoes that could do unusual things may occur. If you go anyway, stay far back and use your exit strategy if you're not sure what is going on.
Felt late night anxiety and called ex for company. Ex comes and gets me, almost crashes on a rainy highway by driving extremely recklessly. Calls me too emotional for not wanting to die. Anxiety is now much worse. Never call an ex.
We need to STOP complimenting storms. Celebrating an active storm can KILL IT. This is because storms feed off of instability.
A storm that feels validated becomes emotionally stable. A stable atmosphere produces NOTHING. Keep your supercells anxious. Keep them insecure.
@GumryWX I'm glad I came to the comments section here. I thought I needed to work on my emotional regulation, but now I feel like I might actually be doing much better than most.
Save the date. A total solar eclipse will happen right over New Orleans…in 52 years. On May 11, 2078 the sky will turn dark as the Moon passes directly in front of the Sun. I will be anxiously waiting for this. 📷
