My favourite excuse for refusing to change the seat while travelling: I politely ask "I hope you know the risk and are ready to change the seat despite."
If they ask, "risk of getting insurance denied if you are not seated in your own seat"

#PSA: If you receive spam calls from personal mobile numbers, please report them via DND. The more people report these numbers, the better chance they have of being blocked.
The only requirement is that you should have picked up the call.
Police in Pune only do the easiest task to prove they are working. The tough task of curbing things like wrong side driving, vehicles with fancy number plates or no number plates, tinted glasses & reckless driving are not checked. @PuneCityTraffic
Crackdown on Chaos: Pune Traffic Police Get Tough
Pune’s roads are under strict watch as the Traffic Police unleash an intensified crackdown on rule breakers. With more than 5,000 motorists penalised daily, the message is unmistakable — traffic violations won’t be tolerated.
From signal jumping, double parking, riding on footpaths, helmetless or triple-seat riding, wrong-side driving, seatbelt violations, to blocking traffic, offenders are facing on-the-spot action. A Pune Mirror team witnessed the drive at Nagar Road, where even a rider using a mobile phone while driving was immediately fined.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic) Himmat Jadhav said these periodic drives aim to curb habitual offenders and promote safer, more responsible driving behaviour.
With heightened vigilance and rising penalties, Pune is making it clear: obey the rules — or pay for breaking them.
@CPPuneCity Also the intersection of that road with Baner road has a restricted right turn == lot of wrong side drivers wanting to go right. During all times of the day. But no action by @PuneCityTraffic
.@PuneCityTraffic does the easiest task at hand … pick up cars from a very wide road with No Parking sign on it. But no action on wrong side driving on baner road, because it takes a lot of effort. #LazyPolice@CPPuneCity
@sahilk@thelayerproject@is_rajvardhan Dude … at 6k a piece ... somebody should come home and do a personlised fit too!!
As somebody who had made t-shirts a while back, I know making a good fitting polo is tough task… but is it really worth 6k?
Dear @IndiGo6E Your BluChip program is a joke! Won't credit points unless my middle name's on the ticket. You have my phone & email but can't verify me? Pathetic.
Two men assault car driver on Khadki road because he stopped them from driving on the wrong side. Then these 2 call two more ppl & they all beat up the car driver causing him to bleed. #RoadRage in the city is worse than ever before. #punenews#PunePolice#Punetraffic
A piece of debris fell on my car from metro construction at Univ circle. The impact was so strong, it pierced the 2 mm steel sheet of the hood.
This could have been fatal. Immediate safety netting needed.

My girlfriend keeps comparing me to her ex so I asked her to choose . She chose her ex .
For the last two years, I’ve been in a loving relationship with Meenakshi.
We met outside the Tamil Catholic church in RK Puram, Delh. She’d just finished evening mass and looked like she walked straight out of a hymn. I offered her filter coffee from the stall nearby. She smiled. That was it.
I’m 36 now, and for the first time, I felt like I was in something real.
She was kind. Intelligent. Reserved in public, affectionate in private.
But there was one thing that always stood between us, Joseph.
Her ex.
Every time I made a mistake, she’d whisper something like, “Joseph would've remembered.”
Or worse, “He always knew how to take care of things.”
I tried to ignore it. I told myself it was just nostalgia. They were together for 10 years.
But she didn’t just remember him, she idealized him. She mourned when I didn’t act like him. It started to affect me. I couldn’t compete with this invisible man who seemed perfect.
I gently asked her to stop comparing us.
She went silent for days.
And then one day, after a small argument, she muttered under her breath: “You’ll never be Joseph.”
That broke something in me.
So I did something I shouldn’t have.
I reached out to Joseph.
It took effort. I had to make some awkward calls to old mutual friends. Pulled some strings. Told him I just wanted closure. Told Meenakshi we’d be having dinner Sunday night. Didn't tell her who was joining.
I set the table.
Cooked her favorite—lemon rice, kovakkai fry, curd.
He was already seated when she walked in.
She looked at him and stopped in the doorway. Her expression twisted into something I still can’t fully describe. Her mouth opened. Then closed. Her eyes went wide. And she collapsed on the floor.
And that’s when I knew.
She had made her choice.
She wanted Joseph.
So I gave her what she wanted.
I picked her up gently, drove quietly to the cemetery near Delhi Cantt, and placed Joseph’s rotting body back into the coffin I had opened just hours earlier.
Then, I laid her on top of him. Her body was limp, but breathing.
As I began to close the lid, I heard her gasp. Then scream. She started banging against the inside of the coffin.
But I kept going.
Love can be painful. Loud. Messy.
And I didn’t want to stand in the way of true love.
I sealed the coffin. Shoveled the earth back over them. Smoothed it out with my bare hands.
No one will ever know it was disturbed.
Except me.
And now, you.
