i went to grab one for another doc i didn’t get one for myself
but i took 2 huge bites and c/s them both and rinsed my mouth with water bc they had cream cheese and i feared the calories lingering on my tongue
weekend trains r evil ong i got to my transfer stop and the next one is 15 mins away 😭 normally it’s already there or like 2 min wait
oh well time to drink my breakfast alani and scroll edtwt
gm i’m almost to the train station and just realized i forgot to put my watch on, edtwt should i kms? i put my phone down a lot so i wont be able to track my steps well:/
and if i go back I’ll miss train and have to wait a good min for the next one and barely get to work on time

could be lower cal but i’ve been using 2 parts fairlife to 1 part almond to up the protein…. might try with only almond or coconut milk soon to lower it

ending today @ 362 cals! honestly i was craving my last built puff so bad but decided to quit for the day and log because even though i wanted it and my cals aren’t too high, i don’t feel EXTREMELY hungry like i need it so i decided to practice restraint
snacked today on a banana/carrot when i felt peckish after i got home, and had a fiber one bar as my final snack to satisfy my sweet tooth and it really helped
14.4k steps and i did stop by gym to workout for JUST a little, but at least i didn’t just go home n rot like usual:p

ending today @ 362 cals! honestly i was craving my last built puff so bad but decided to quit for the day and log because even though i wanted it and my cals aren’t too high, i don’t feel EXTREMELY hungry like i need it so i decided to practice restraint
this was so good! i ate and honestly the only thing id change was adding the parmesan on top. there was already some in the sauce and the extra made it a TAD drier than i wanted
but i will be making again it was so filling and i find warm meals can feel more
satiating too!
absolutely HUGE, voluminous and tasty WARM meal for 159 cals 17g protein oh my gawwww it’s so yum
used broccoli slaw, was gonna try a caesar salad-esque thing with homemade yogurt dressing but ended up adding egg whites and cooking it was the slaw and i loveeeee
bought one of these mfs (long story i don’t have a proper kitchen really justa. fridge, fancy airfryer and a dream) so more low cal warm meals incoming thank god
especially excited bc i can make some simple veggie soups n stuff now!
pics don’t do the sheer volume justice tbh, but i had just spilled my ENTIRE coke zero all over the counter and snapped the pic quickly so i could clean it up before it got to my hot plate and other appliances and blew up my apartment 💔

yall i got home, finally went potty and IMMEDIATELY munched on a banana (not the green ones lol i had 1 left in the fridge)
but also my protein bars were delivered im so happy :3 i love theseeee and they were such a good price/discount for how expensive they usually are
idk why but i never feel the urge to self harm now more than when im so overwhelmingly fucking irritated/angry lmfaooo not even from depression just straight up PISSED and my mind goes “fuck i wish i could just slice myself up rn”
