Products: Disconnectors & Drives for 362 kV Dead Tank Circuit Breakers - currently zero domestic capacity for these products

Entirely new product lines for both India & international export markets - this is not capacity expansion, it’s a greenfield entry into high-voltage equipment segments

First production expected by December 2026 (tentative), fully funded through internal accruals - no equity dilution, no debt. Signals management’s confidence in the multi-year order pipeline and India’s grid modernization mega-theme

⚠️Watch Points

🔴 Revenue dipped 4% QoQ (1,701 Cr → 1,637 Cr) - minor, but seasonal Q4 didn’t outpace Q3 on top line for first time

🔴 Hedge accounting losses of 245 Cr hit Other Comprehensive Income for FY26 - forex derivative drag is significant

So what actually caused the 4% QoQ revenue dip?

It’s simply the nature of project-based revenue recognition - milestone completions and billing cycles don’t follow a straight line quarter to quarter.

Nothing structurally wrong. The PAT actually grew 21% QoQ despite the lower revenue, which confirms margin discipline held firm. 💪​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Over the last 8 quarters, Q4 has consistently delivered the highest profits.

The 8 quarter profit journey tells the story:

₹66 → ₹135 → ₹145 → ₹143 → ₹186 → ₹291 → ₹299 → ₹291 Cr

And Mar’26? To be announced. Let’s see 👀

The structural trajectory says yes, another strong Q4

Given Dec 25 already delivered 1,701 Cr in revenue with 27% margins, the Q4 result is more likely to be a continuation

To be blockbuster results it has to deliver 300+ Cr PAT and 1,800+ Cr revenue 😬

Strong order book, execution momentum & power sector tailwinds

Order book is loaded management had indicated strong inflows in power T&D; India’s grid capex is in a multi-year upcycle

These 4 shots hacked my mind to make myself to understand the markets in my framing

Till 4 years I never took any swing traders i used to invest n hold n took stock markets experience

Since 1 year I used to trade the opportunities based on market sentiments and perceptions (triggers & draggers)

Still I don’t know technicals but it’s purely based on my discretion about stocks dynamics and taking advantage of some volatility window

Didn’t chase hot stocks as I scared of mean reversal in short term n not to struck my capital

Took bets where am comfortable to take advantage of short term volatility without much risk

I should also admit my bad experience 😀 - after making 18 lakh profits in F&O I lost 32 lakh (here I need to review myself)

Still it’s a best month for me 😉
